Managed by general partners Mark Toon (right) and Jeffrey Smith (left), Work America Capital houses the resources to invest and manage a full portfolio of companies that will be exemplary additions to Houston. The goal is to assemble an investor group that will be both fun to partner with and that will bring value to our portfolio of companies by developing future leaders, investing in companies that will benefit others and provide founders and investors with returns.

03 Hub of Innovation
Houston needed a co-working space to support entrepreneurs on the West Side of Houston with convenient access from some of the fastest areas of city growth. This is why all Work America Capital companies can be found in a 20,300 sq. ft. office building while the beginning of construction of a 120,000 sq. ft. building is underway. This new phase will have office space for firms interested in co-locating with the startups and having access to the Work America Capital portfolio companies.
